Terms of use

Effective 24 October 2026 · applies to WaatDutDut (滑嘟嘟) 1.0

Who these terms are with

WaatDutDut is run by the WaatDutDut Development Team ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

You also get the app from the App Store under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. For matters that are Apple's own, Apple's agreement applies.

What the app does

WaatDutDut helps you keep and show your own membership cards. You add a card by screenshot, camera or typing. It offers widgets and Lock Screen reminders when you are near a shop that takes your card. Sync is optional.

Reminders and widgets

Lock Screen reminders rely on location and notifications. iOS decides when a reminder shows, so it can come late or not at all. We don't promise a reminder every time you pass a shop, or that the Nearby list is complete or accurate. Please don't rely on reminders alone for anything important.

Pro and purchases

Your account

Signing in to sync is optional. You can delete your account and synced data from our server at any time in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. See the privacy policy for details.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

If you do, we may stop your access to sync or other services.

Limits on our liability

The app is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it is error-free, uninterrupted or always available, and we aren't liable for indirect loss from using (or not being able to use) the app, such as missed points, discounts or offers. Our total liability for the app is capped at the amount you paid for Pro. Nothing here excludes liability that the law doesn't allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the effective date above. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Hong Kong courts handle any dispute.
